Sonia is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) who has completed specialized training in trauma-informed yoga. Sonia believes yoga is for every body and creates a supportive environment where you can connect with movement, breath, and stillness at your own pace.

Why Trauma-Informed Yoga?

Traditional yoga does not always consider the impact of trauma, stress, or anxiety on the body and mind. Trauma-informed yoga is:

  • Accessible & Inclusive: Classes and individual sessions are adaptable for all levels, abilities, ages, and body types.

  • Gentle & Grounding: Focuses on safety, presence and restoring balance.

What We Offer

  • Individual Private Sessions: One-on-one sessions tailored to your goals -- whether you are seeking stress relief, improved mobility, or support for healing. Rates are as follows:

    • $40 for 30 minutes​

    • $55 for 45 minutes

    • $70 for 60 minutes

​

  • Small Group Classes: Practice in a supportive group setting with mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and space for reflection alongside others in our community. Rates are as follows:

    • Donation based -- every dollar supports our economic justice initiative

​

  • Workplace & Community Yoga: Bring trauma-informed yoga to your team, organization, or community group for stress reduction, resilience, and wellness.

    • Variable prices depending on length of class & distance from Creative Remedies, please inquire for quote​

About Sonia Dominguez, MT-BC, CYT, ASDI

​

Sonia is passionate about making yoga a healing, accessible practice. With a certification in yoga teaching and additional training in trauma-informed methods, she helps clients feel safe, empowered, and present in their practice.
